Our Commitment to Transparency and Fairness in Service Refunds

At Global Pharmacovigilance Compliance (GPC), we aim to provide high-quality training, certifications, and hiring services. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have outlined our Refund Policy to ensure clarity and transparency regarding refund eligibility, processes, and timelines. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under specific conditions, which are outlined below for each type of service. Please note that refund eligibility may vary based on the service you have purchased.

Training Programs:

  • Refunds may be requested if you cancel enrolment within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed any course material.
  • Refunds are not provided if more than 25% of the course has been accessed or completed.

Certifications:

  • Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of payment and before the certification exam has been scheduled.
  • Once certification has been issued, refunds are no longer eligible.

Corporate Training Programs:

Refunds for corporate training are subject to contractual agreements. Please review your contract or contact us directly for details.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Completed training programs where the course has been accessed in full.
  • Certification renewals after the completion of renewal requirements.
  • One-time assessments, exams, and tests once scheduled.
  • Consulting services provided through customized or on-demand sessions.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Our Support Team:

    Send an email to support@gpcpharma.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Please include your full name, email address, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.

  2. Verification Process:

    Our team will verify your purchase, eligibility for a refund, and the percentage of the course accessed (if applicable). Please allow 3-5 business days for this review.

  3. Approval and Processing:

    If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 10 business days from the date of approval to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider. GPC is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or bank.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For Training Programs:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your enrolment in a training program, please contact us at support@pharmacovigilance.world. Rescheduling is available, but cancellations after 7 days or once content has been accessed are non-refundable.

For Corporate Clients:

Corporate training sessions can be rescheduled per the terms of the corporate agreement. Refunds are not typically available, but alternative arrangements may be made based on the contract.

6. Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, GPC may offer a partial or full refund at its discretion. Please provide supporting documentation when submitting your refund request for consideration under special circumstances.
